My friend and Priest-to-be Mumba sent me this cover with a stamp showing the frienship between Cameroun and Japan. So, 1 €=630.72 Francs camarounais then 410 Francs its around 0.40€.If you wanna send a cover from Luxembourg to Cameroun you will need more 0.50€: total 0.90€.
